Access to the InterviewGOLD Online Course is by password. You agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, if any, and agree to notify Anson Careers if the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised.

Cancellation and Refunds

We agree to refund the total amount of payment, subject to the following:

Notification is given to us within 7 days of the purchase date via email with full details and reasons for the request for refund.

Refund will be made by via WorldPay/Paypal and is payable to the original card holder only.

All refunds will be made within 28 days of the request received by us.

In circumstances where digital products fail to function we will use all reasonable endeavors to provide you with replacement products. Should this not function a full refund will be made in accordance with the conditions above.

Applicable Law

Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the state of the Seller.

General

You understand that Anson Careers has the right to terminate any account for any reason that Anson Careers interprets as an abuse of the account. Your sole recourse and remedy is to receive a refund for prepaid but unused services, if applicable. You agree that Anson Careers and its licensors may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services and prices described in this Site, if any, at any time without notice, and further agree that Anson Careers can revise these Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting.

You agree that your continued use of the Site after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.
